  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information safely, arrange for shipping, provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

     

  • Source of collection: collected directly from you.

     

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and local UK delivery partners (such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri).

Customer support information

  • Purpose of collection: to provide customer support and improve your shopping experience.

  • Source of collection: collected directly from you when you contact us.

2. Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at our support email below to request deletion.

By providing your email address or completing a purchase on our website, you consent to us using your contact information to send you marketing communications not only from S & T HOME, but also from other e-commerce brands and online stores owned, operated, or managed by our corporate group.

These updates may be sent directly from our other brands' official email addresses, but your information will only ever be used within our internal business operations and will never be sold or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

We only promote home goods, storage solutions, or related items we believe may be relevant or beneficial to you. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails from any of our brands at any time by using the "Unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of any email.

6. Lawful Basis & Your Rights (UK & EEA Residents)

Pursuant to the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, if you are a resident of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your personal information under the following lawful bases:

7. Automatic Decision-Making & Payment Protection

We DO NOT engage in fully automated decision-making (including profiling) that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our third-party payment processors use limited automated decision-making solely to prevent fraudulent transactions (e.g., temporary blocking of repeated failed checkout attempts) for your security. At no point do we store, log, or manage your credit card data internally.

8. Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information.
